• This Privacy Policy covers BSP' treatment of personally identifiable information that BSP collects when you are on the BSP site, and when you use BSP' services. This policy also covers BSP' treatment of any personally identifiable information that BSP' business partners share with BSP or that BSP may collect on a partner's site.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that BSP does not own or control, or to people that BSP does not employ or manage.

• BSP collects personally identifiable information when you use certain BSP products or services, when you visit BSP pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. BSP may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
• BSP also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, BSP cookie information and the page you requested.
• BSP uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

• BSP may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
  • We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of BSP to provide a product or service to you.

• BSP may set and access BSP cookies on your computer.
• BSP allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to BSP's cookies.

• BSP may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.

Most promotions that are hosted or co-sponsored by BSP don't require you to be a BSP registered user.

Information Collection and Use Practices

• When you enter a promotion, sweepstakes, or contest hosted by BSP or sponsored by BSP and/or our many partners, we ask for your name, address, and email address.
• You may be asked to provide additional information or to answer certain questions, some of which may be optional, in order to participate.
• We may contact you in connection with a particular promotion, such as a sweepstakes or contest, in order to update you of your status, administer the promotion, let you know that a promotion has ended, and for other purposes.

• Promotions that are hosted on BSP may be sponsored by BSP, may be co-sponsored by BSP and another company, or may be sponsored by companies other than BSP. Some or all of the data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor(s) or companies indicated on the entry form.

• Refunds can be requested up to 8 days in advance of the event. The event deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation seven days or less before the event will receive no refund of deposit received. If the group cancels any part of the event for any reason during the event, no refunds or prorated fees will be granted.

• Some promotions, sweepstakes or contests may use cookies in order to track your progress and number of entries in some of our promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.

• When you participate in a BSP-sponsored or hosted promotion, you are subject the Official Rules of that promotion.
